Review:
Alright, first I want to say thank you to Tia Louise for sending me a copy to review! And let me tell you it did not disappoint yet again! I don't know if it's the fact that there are prince's in this story or what, but I was completely captured throughout the entire novel!! This was one that I couldn't put down!

So due to me not wanting to spoil a whole lot, I'm going to try my best, although for many of you who have read book one, you'll understand where things are at. This story goes straight from book one, and leaves no room for misunderstanding. Also let me point out that what Zee did at the end of book one was good and bad, but obviously we know that it was a good thing in her mind.

So jumping into here, I will say that this was definitely a fast-paced story! It was so interesting with all of the different things going on. You get from both perspectives, so when a couple twists happen, you understand how both Zee and Cal are dealing.

So as the summary says, lives are at stake, and they most definitely are! Have you ever had that feeling when watching or reading something and there are certain scenes where you just can't watch it, but at the same time curiosity gets the better of you and you peek through your fingers that are covering your eyes?? Well yeah, that happened a lot! I personally really loved the way that Tia had written those specific scenes, because it really pulls on your feelings and makes you feel so much in such a short period of time!

While reading the novel, I really could see how Zee believed that what she was doing was good for her, and for everyone else. Putting herself in danger to save everyone else is definitely admirable, but at the same time I kept yelling at my tablet for Zee to just stop, because I didn't know what was going to happen next! At the same time, I was so incredibly empowered by everything she has done and overcome.

When it comes to Zee you really see how much love and sacrifice that she gives for those she truly loves. It's apparent that she somehow believes that she's superwoman, but at some point you really need a prince to come and save you...(get it?)

So moving on more to Cal. He is definitely something else, and being a prince is just the topping of it all. He clearly has become a different person after book one, and you really see it shine! He's someone that will not stop for anything, and yet sometimes gets ahead of himself, when he probably shouldn't.

"Her lust is stronger than her fear. My lust is stronger than my fury."

HOLY MOLY with the steaminess! I must say that there is definitely a lot of heat travelling between the two, and so much more than that! The attraction that these two have for one another is so strong, its almost crazy! There are so many sweet moments shared, but when it gets even more heated than that, you need to watch out! WOW!

Alright, so from this book, I obviously found a couple of quotes from Zee's perspective that kind of resonated within the novel.

"I might not be Cinderella, but I am a survivor."

"I'm not the princess in this story. I'm no Cinderella. The good news is, it doesn't matter. We've both found out happily ever after."

Zee has had to deal with a lot of things in her life. Even from book one, you see how strong she has had to be, and it really tested her more so this time. The determination, and power that is shown from within her, even when she may not realize that it's there, is incredible!

Getting closer to the end, more surprises come to the surface, and I don't think I could count how many times I said "OMG" or "WHAT?!" and so completely unsure of what would happen. I mean the last few chapters I was holding my breath, because of a pretty big surprise that shows up!

And let's talk about that cliffhanger! I mean seriously! I know that it kind of ties together, but at the same time, one more thing happens and you're left there all over again wondering what the heck is going to happen!! #Imnotprepared

Overall, I really loved this book! There was so much suspense, action and a lot of *Steaminess* going on that you really won't want to put it down! You really get more about Zee and Cal that you didn't really see in the first book, and you also go through a few more adorable moments that will leave you awestruck! I don't think I would have imagined it to play out this way, but am I ever surprised and so happy with it!! Definitely a book (and series) you will want to read! Now where is book three!?!

That's all for my review today! I hope you enjoyed it, and I definitely encourage you to check it out!

So until the next time, Keep Reading!
Your Graduated Bookworm!! :)
