June Book Haul!!

As we are at the end of the month again, we have yet another haul of books. Clearly I could not go on a book buying ban...I've got about 20 books this month, most having been sent to me, but once again, I am hoping to be reading a lot more for the summer. On Instagram I do have a hashtag that is being used called #TGBTakedown So if you're interested, go and use that hashtag! Any new Hauls, Completed reads, Currently reading, anything! I'd love to see your photos! So, going from that, let's get on with this Haul!

Hush, Hush (Hush, Hush #1) By: Becca Fitzpatrick
So I am positive that almost everyone has read this series, and yet again, I am left behind trying to catch up on it all! When I was visiting family, I had found a community Library (you know the ones!) and I happened to find this copy there, and immediately piked it up!

Nora Grey was never one for romance. None of the guys at her school were interesting enough, until Patch comes alone and completely draws her toward him. Of course multiple encounters are leaving Nora unsure of who to trust, especially when Patch is always around and always knows where she is...
Unbreak My Heart (Unbreak My Heart #1) By: Nicole Jacquelyn
To be honest, I never heard of this book until my friend @Floralsndragons recommended it to me! Of course it is a new release, since it came out this month! I obviously got it right away, and may have to add it to my July TBR.

Kate Evans has been in love with Shane. Shane is in the Military...and is also Rachel's Husband. Rachel is Kate's best friend. Sounds complicated right? Well when Rachel dies shortly after giving birth to their fourth child, Kate does everything she can to take care of the family...even is it means stepping on toes, and more.
One True Loves By: Taylor Jenkins Reid
I've seen this book EVERYWHERE! On Instagram, Facebook, Chapters, everywhere! I have also heard of so many amazing things about this novel, that I just had to find out what it was all about!

Emma Blair has married her high school sweetheart. They built a life for themselves, and everything is more than they ever believed it would be. Jesse is on a helicopter on their first wedding anniversary when it goes missing. Gone. Moving on is the hardest thing Emma has had to do, especially when her past creeps up with her present.
 Sing By: Vivi Greene
Another book that I've been seeing around everywhere! This cover totally interesting!

Lily is stuck between a rock and hard place. Her ex broke up with her, and she also has to focus on her music career. Taking some time to stay away from media, she heads to a small island with her closest friends. There she of course meets Noel Bradley, whose everything she has never dated. Will things turn better or worse?
Enchanted (Summer Solstice #1) By: K.K. Allen
I was sent this for a review by the author herself. This is the first book in a series, and I was super interested in it since I found out about it!

Kat lost her mother to a tragic death, she is hurtled into life at Apollo Beach. Moving into her grandmothers place, she begins to uncover all of the secrets her mother tried so hard to keep from her. The day of the summer Solstice, Kat is frightened when her dreams begin to haunt her.
I Let You Go By: Clare Mackintosh
I received this book by the lovelies over at Chapters for their monthly book club! I actually had another copy before this one, so I guess I will be doing a giveaway! Unfortunately I was not able to read it (again!) but hope to catch up on them all!

Jenna Gray has moved into a ramshackle cottage to escape the memory of the car accident killing her son. Continuously haunting her, the Bristol police are still trying to get to the bottom of the hit-and-run.
 Homegoing By: Yaa Gyasi
I received this book from Chapters as well! After going to the Literary Trivia Night, Heather Reisman (The CEO of Indigo) had come in to say hello and introduce new features to the brand. She said that she had just read this book, and wanted everyone to read it as well! Well Thank-you Heather!!

Effia and Esi are two half sisters who know nothing about the other. Born in different villages, and grown up into different lifestyles. Effia is married to an Englishman and Esi is imprisoned beneath the castle that Effia is living in, before being sold off to slavery in America.
Go Set a Watchman (To Kill a Mockingbird #2) By: Harper Lee
I read To Kill a Mockingbird way back when I was in my early years of high school. To this day, I still remember it, and really loved it! My English teacher actually recommended a movie that was similar to it that starred Matthew Mcconaughey and I ended up watching it that night and was amazed!

For spoiler reasons, I won't go into too much detail about this, except for the fact that this is set in the future when Scout is 26 years old and is returning home.
 Finding Audrey By: Sophie Kinsella
I own probably the entire series of the Shopaholic series, and have yet to read them. When I found out that Sophie Kinsella was writing about a young adult female, I was definitely interested in reading about it.

Audrey is 14 with an anxiety disorder. It's been a slow process and progress for Audrey, until she meets Linus, who is her brother's gaming teammate. She begins to feel energized, but is it enough, or can she commit to talking to him.
Before (After #5) By: Anna Todd
Finally I have completed with purchasing this series! I actually got to meet Anna with fellow Wattpad authors, but sadly have yet to read the series! I know! But I am hoping to power through it this summer with my #TGBTakedown I'm doing on Instagram.

So without spoiling this as well, all I am saying is that I am super excited to be reading this series!!
The Light Between Oceans By: M.L. Stedman
So I am working with Simon and Schuster Canada to do a read-along in anticipation of the movie being released for this novel. I have picked this up so many times, and always put it back because I was never sure what I would think of this.

Four years later on the Western Front, Tom Sherbourne has returned to Australia as the lighthouse keeper. After many complications with having a baby, a dead man and a living baby wash to shore in a boat...
The Opposite of Loneliness By: Marina Keegan
Another read that I was never sure about getting, but have seen it everywhere, and it really seemed to be catching my eye lately!

This is a collection of essays and stories from Marina Keegan that have been made into a novel to share about the 22 year old. That's how young she was before she passed away, and left behind a lot for everyone to read about.
The Violet Hour (The Violet Hour #1) By: Andrea L. Wells
This book was sent to me by Andrea herself in exchange for an honest review. Definitely cannot wait to start reading this for sure!

Logan is still in shock after the death of her mother, and gets a one-way ticket to her roots in Wyoming. Trying to forget, she of course runs into Luke. The dangerous boy with secrets of his own.
The Midnight Hour(The Violet Hour 0.5) By: Andrea L. Wells
Andrea sent me her novella as well for review as well! I am so excited about her second book to come out, because judging this cover, I feel like I am in for a wild ride!

Maybe in Another Life By: Taylor Jenkins Reid
So when I was getting Taylor Jenkins Reid's other novel, I noticed her other novel on the shelves. After reading the synopsis, I was really interested in reading it as well!

Hannah Martin is 29 and has no idea what she wants to do with her life. She's moved around six different cities, but now is going back home to Los Angeles in her best friends guestroom. Going out one night to the bar, she of course runs into her high school boyfriend Ethan...can things spark up again, or is it best to keep your past where it is?
Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children (MPPC #1) By: Ransom Riggs
Chapters was having a sale online, and of course I just had to take on that offer! So the first two books in this series were on sale, and I immediately grabbed them before it sold out!

A family tragedy sets 16 year old Jacob on a remote island off the coast of Wales where he discovers the ruins of Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children.
Hollow City (MPPC #2) By: Ransom Riggs
This was also on sale at Chapters, so I added it to my cart as well!

Without spoiling it much, all I am going to say is that it continues right after book one ends, leading to more journeys and adventures.
The Best Night of Your (Pathetic) Life By: Tara Altebrando
I found this book in the sale section at Chapters, and the cover seemed similar to another author that I've gotten books from. So naturally I ended up getting it.

With only a week until graduation, Mary has one more thing she must do. Participate the Official Unofficial Senior Week Scavenger Hunt. Of course when the bully Jake Barbone gets in the way, she must fight to the finish line.
Where'd You Go, Bernadette By: Maria Semple
I have seen this book everywhere! Pretty sure I even saw it in one of the shows that I watch for a book club. Finally caving, I picked it up, so hopefully it's a good read!

Bernadette Fox is notorious. Until she disappears. She promised her daughter an adventure to Antarctica, yet now her daughter is compiling emails, documents and secret correspondence to find her mother.
Gifted By: J.A. George
I was sent this novel as well for an honest review. I also did an interview with the author and I really enjoyed reading and posting the interview!

Avery Gray was in the wrong place at the wrong time when her life changed. An average student for dry humor, she has nothing extraordinary about herself. Of course when you bring in a hot guy, special gifts and a whole lot of suspense, you can imagine it will be a thrilling novel!

And that is all for my June Book Haul!! I hope you enjoyed it! If there are any books here you think I should read ASAP leave a comment below!

So until the next time, Keep Reading!
Your Graduated Bookworm!! :)
